Harvesting Work In Milkwellburn Wood
Harvesting work is due to commence next
month in Milkwellburn Wood. The works will
take place from mid-August until mid-November
in the following area:
During this three month period, lorries carrying
timber will pass through Blackhall Mill. Weather
permitting, harvesting works will begin on 13th
August 2012 and lorries will begin removing
timber from the woods during the week
beginning 20th August 2012. It is expected that
no more than 4 loads of timber per day will pass
the village between 07:30am and 18:00pm,
Monday to Friday. Please help by keeping
access routes clear of parked cars during these
times. Footpaths may be closed temporarily in
the immediate vicinity of the harvesting
machine.
